Moreover, the Brooklyn Nets could be in double trouble as Kevin Durant is yet to make a return to the hardwood, and some fans resorted to a 4x NBA champion to save KD from misery. 

Since the news surfaced on the internet, reports suggested that the guard might join the Dallas Mavericks or the Lakers. However, the recent developments in the saga revealed that ‘Uncle Drew’ has reportedly joined the Mavericks, officially marking the end of the Kyrie Irving-Kevin Durant era with the Nets. Notably, Durant donned the Golden State Warriors jersey before his stint with the Nets. Now fans expect Steven Curry‘s teammate to rescue KD.

Interestingly, 4x NBA champion Andre Iguodala sent out a reply to the tweet. The Dubs star said, “Infiltrated”, clearly indicating his attack on the recent trade updates. Following his reply, fans begged the star to call KD back to Dubnation.
