Larsa Pippen recently splashed money on a new property. The ex-wife of?Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen has scooped up a stunning penthouse located in Miami. According to TMZ, she purchased the condo?early this year after Larsa put pen to a bargain deal.

Apparently, she bought the penthouse for $3.375 million. While that still is a boatload of money, she purchased the penthouse for a steal, considering it was on the market for $3.9 million. Furthermore, looking at the luxurious property and its location, one can see that the price Larsa paid for it was certainly a bargain.

Her new Miami penthouse radiates opulence. There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms. In addition, the other amenities on the pad would make anyone drool. There are five swimming pools, as well as a game room, a boxing studio, and a fitness center. A recording studio is also among the appealing features of the luxurious condo.

The penthouse also has floor-to-ceiling windows, which contributes to its appeal. Furthermore, her new place has a lot of space (3,312 sq. ft, to be exact.)

Larsa Pippen will undoubtedly be in awe of her new penthouse. However, it’s not just the luxury that makes her new home an attraction. Its location also makes it an ideal getaway home. Located in Miami, South Florida, the penthouse is located just minutes from Miami Beach and South Beach.

The stunning penthouse has been added to the ‘Real Housewives of Miami’ star’s portfolio of properties. However, she once forced her ex-husband Scottie Pippen to sell a mansion worth $11 million.

Scottie and Larsa Pippen went through a tumultuous divorce. After calling it quits in 2016, the divorce proceedings commenced in 2018. They ultimately split up in 2021.

Larsa opened up about her relationship with Pippen and shed light on the Chicago Bulls legend’s bad habits. She went on to dub him, ‘The Punisher’ since he would allegedly punish her if he didn’t get his way. She also claimed that he was punishing her because she was forcing him to sell his Fort Lauderdale, Florida mansion.

The former couple purchased the property as an empty lot for $1.3 million in 2000. The opulent 13,000-square-foot home they built in 2004 was put up for sale in 2009 for $16 million. However, they encountered several hurdles to sell off their deluxe mansion. Apparently, they even made the mansion available as a rental at around $40,000 per month.

Subsequently, in 2021, their mansion was finally sold for around $10 million, $6 million less than their initial asking price. They also sold an additional car collection with the property for around $1.5 million. It took 12 years, but the former couple eventually sold their mansion.
