Recently Kevin Durant sat down with ?The Athletic? reporter Shams Charania and gave an unfiltered opinion on what he thinks about his legacy in the league by the time he retires from the NBA.

Former NFL star Marcellus Wiley ended up exposing Durant on his podcast, ?More To It.? Wiley talked about Durant?s long rant on social media. He stated what the problem with Durant was as he said, ?Kevin Durant is not going out there trying to fact-checl. He?s out there trying to get people?s opinion straight.?

?And that?s the problem. Actually, it?s the never-ending problem. When you?re trying to get people straight on the facts, that?s one thing,? added Wiley. He continued, ?But when you out there trying to get people?s opinions straight…that?s how they feel KD.?

Wiley continued with his take and mentioned how great players can play for themselves but not for the court of public opinion. Whether players are doing what they are doing for themselves or for how other people think about them.

This somewhat supports Durant?s rant where he said that he does not care anymore. And he is more focused on playing good basketball with his teammates, then going home and relaxing with his family and friends.

As his podcast went on, Wiley seemed to stand with the ?Slim Reaper? and his take on how his legacy turned out to be. Wiley supported Kevin Durant?s take that he did not care about the public?s opinion anymore.?
