NBA legend LeBron James is the first name that comes to mind when people hear the word basketball. Throughout the NBA, he has established a reputation for marking scores and breaking records. James had to travel a long and difficult road to go from playing basketball at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School to becoming a professional basketball player. Got drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003. Having played for the Cavaliers for many years. In 2010, he was traded to the Miami Heat. In 2014, he returned to the Cavaliers. After a few years, he changed his jersey to the Los Angeles Lakers in 2018.
At the 2003 NBA Draft, James was the top pick overall. He is still regarded as no. 1 in each league because of his performance. His popularity among the audience has not changed.
GQ published an article about James’ accomplishments in 2018. It included some insider stories about him. He discussed his life, made some confessions, and discussed his career at length. Further into the interview, he shared his feelings about his father not being around. He professed his gratitude for his absentee father, and revealed his belief that had it not been for his absenteeism, he wouldn’t be the man he is today.

LeBron James thanks his father for everything he is today
During his 19-year career, James covered 15 playoff games. He won four championships in the NBA. He has achieved so much during his career and is still going strong. People soon began comparing him with Michael Jordan.
James has a total of 24 tattoos, some decorated with special messages and others commemorating his achievements. He chose “330” as a tribute to his hometown (Akron, Ohio). It was revealed during his fourth season in the NBA.

In addition to all the achievements, he achieved in the NBA. He thanks his father for everything he has accomplished. As he said: “Like, ’Wow, Dad, you know what, I don’t know you, I have no idea who you are, but because of you is part of the reason who I am today.The fuel that I use—you not being there—it’s part of the reason I grew up to become who I am. It’s part of the reason why I want to be hands-on with my endeavors. And be able to put my guys, that’s with me now in position.”
Continuing, James said, “Some in a position allowing people around me to grow, that maybe wouldn’t have happened if I had two parents.”
Throughout the years, we have seen our favorite player James make every game legendary. However, there is a struggle behind all this. Additionally, he has come to a point where he has presented himself as to why he deserves all these things.
