Former Los Angeles Lakers superstar Dwight Howard recently made his debut in the Taiwanese T1 League. The eight-time NBA All-Star made quite an impression in his very first game with the Taoyuan Leopards. However, his second game didn’t quite go the way he had anticipated. Howard faced an unexpected challenge that presented itself in the form of a 7ft 5inch tall opponent. The short clip of the two players’ altercation instantly went viral on the Internet and gained the attention of NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal and others in the basketball fraternity.

Dwight Howard‘s debut game was against the New Taipei CTBC and it was a huge success. The 37-year-old led his team to victory by 120-115. Howard scored 38 points, 25 rebounds, and nine assists. However, the following Leopards game proved to be disappointing for the big man who locked horns with one of the players of the opposing team.
