Draymond Green is currently on a self-imposed absence away from the team following the incident but could be back soon. The Warriors will face the Denver Nuggets next Friday in their last pre-season game ahead of the 2022-23 regular season.

Jordan Poole’s impact during the pre-season
Jordan Poole had a brilliant display against the Lakers during the Golden State Warriors‘ third pre-season game. Poole ended the game with 25 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists. However, the Warriors lost against the Lakers 121-124 despite a valiant effort from the 23-year-old guard.
Green and Poole both started the team’s first pre-season game against the Washington Wizards. Poole ended the game with 5 points and 5 rebounds as the Warriors registered a 96-87 win at the Saitama Stadium in Japan.

Poole also started the team’s second pre-season game against the Washington Wizards and scored 7 points in a Warriors win. Coach Steve Kerr decided to rest Curry and Poole for the Blazers game. However, the Warriors came out with a 131-98 win, thanks to Moses Moody’s 20-point-game.
