The Brooklyn Nets came up as one of the best teams this season. They already have the likes of Kevin Durant and James Harden on their roster. Kyrie Irving making his return certainly makes them a force to reckon with.
Irving made his return against the Indiana Pacers after missing the first 35 games of the season. He was initially not allowed to play because of his vaccination status. Now that he is back, Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors feels he will bring the Nets to full strength.
Talking on his popular podcast, the Warriors star gave his thoughts regarding the return of Irving.

Draymond Green talks about Kyrie Irving
While talking on The Draymond Green Show, Green gave his thoughts regarding high-profile returns. While teammate and good friend Klay Thompson returns for the Warriors, the Brooklyn Nets acquired the services of Kyrie Irving.
Green says,” Kyrie is returning and I think we are all excited just as a basketball fan. We are excited to see Kyrie join that team and bring that team to full strength. Kyrie is one of the most exciting players to watch in the league. He’s gonna come back, straight pedal to the metal, no trying to find out the rhythm. Indiana needs to watch out because I know that man is coming back with a vengeance.”
Despite being rivals for the NBA championship, Draymond Green does not let rivalries come in between while praising Kyrie Irving.
Why was Kyrie not playing?
Kyrie Irving was initially not allowed to play following a New York city mandate which required professional athletes to be vaccinated.
Talking on an Instagram live session, Kyrie talked about his vaccination status. “I chose to be unvaccinated, and that was my choice, and I would ask you all to just respect that choice,” as mentioned by Irving.
Irving returns!
With the return of one of the most talented guards in the league, the Brooklyn Nets are a formidable force. They are prime contenders to win the Eastern Conference and have already set sights on the NBA championship.
