Drake and 21 Savage disrupted the entertainment and music industry after releasing their album ‘Her Loss’ last week. The impact of the album is making headlines for various reasons, along with Drake taking a dig at Alexis Ohanian, husband of Serena Williams, by giving him the name, “Groupie”. He also didn’t hesitate to criticize artists like Dram and Megan Thee Stallion. The ‘Her Loss’ album is constantly getting attention since its release. It is one of those albums whose songs are probably not skippable and definitely a contender for being the Album of the Year. And the greatness of the album could easily be justified by the words of Brooklyn Nets superstar, Kevin Durant.

Drake is certainly one of the most popular stars of the 21st century. The four-time Grammy Award winner has sold more than 170 million records so far. He also has a major connection with basketball. Being a die-hard supporter of the Toronto Raptors, Drake can often be found sitting court-side and cheering his team on. Rapper 21 Savage rose to fame after releasing two mixtapes in 2015. Furthermore, the combination of the two seemed to create an album that is getting an insane amount of attention and acclaim from fans everywhere.

Recently, in an interview with Chris ‘See Hendo’ Henderson, Kevin Durant, the Nets’ power forward, got asked about the latest album by Drake and 21 Savage. He responded immediately, saying, “It’s a classic already. It’s one of the ones that we’ve been waiting on. It’s all types of music on there.”
The two-time NBA champion further added he did know that Drake and 21 Savage would come up with an album like this. He finished off by saying that he was pretty satisfied with the album and that the effect of the album is going to last throughout the year.

Kevin Durant in the 22-23 season so far
The Brooklyn Nets haven’t gotten the start to the season they might have hoped for. The team looked shaky from the start, and it got further destabilized following the loss of Kyrie Irving due to his ongoing controversy.

However, Durant always stood up as the frontman of the team. Despite his consistent performances, the 12-time NBA All-Star was unable to save the team from frequent losses. With 12 games played so far, Durant has averaged 30.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 5.3 assists. The Nets sit 10th in the Eastern Conference with a 5-7 record.
