NBA superstar Kevin Durant is one of the best players in the league right now. In this off-season, he is one of the most sought players even though he didn’t have a great last season. Durant and the Brooklyn Nets made the playoffs last year. However, the Boston Celtics swept them comfortably in the first round. KD’s future with the Nets has not been clear ever since. Recent reports suggested the Miami Heat, and the Celtics were interested in Durant’s services.

But it looks like the Heat is not in the running anymore. Fresh reports suggest that the Nets displayed little interest in the Heat’s offer for Kevin Durant. So the Heat have decided to go with the same roster again.

But the fans are concerned with the lack of substantial additions to the Heat team. Furthermore, PJ Tucker, one of their starters has left the team. He has signed with the Philadelphia 76ers. The Heat signed a multi-year contract with shooting guard Victor Oladipo. However, he has missed a lot of games to injury in the past few seasons. In the last 4 seasons, Oladipo has played a total of just 41 games. And this dates back to his Indiana Pacers days.

Even though Kevin Durant is not his younger self anymore, he can help any team to be a contender in the league. And the Heat are already solid defensively. But they are lacking the offensive prowess of a superstar like Durant.
