The Golden State Warriors are currently under immense pressure to win all the upcoming games to seal a playoff spot. The defending champions are swinging in and out of the playoffs’ qualification because of the increased competition for the last three spots. Subsequently, the players are reflecting the pressure on their performances, especially Draymond Green, as he was involved in back-to-back heated moments with the New Orleans Pelicans players. Moreover, the Dubs star could land in serious trouble for his actions.
The Dubs moved up to the 6th seed in the Western Conference after the win over the Pelicans with a 40-37 record. Notably, nine teams are in contention for the last three playoff spots. However, the pressure got the better of the Dubs, as the team continues to give away a lot of turnovers lately. Importantly, the Splash Brothers haven’t been in their groove during crucial moments. Green’s actions could have major ramifications on the whole team.
