Doctor Notices Strange Looking “Fluid Sack” Behind LeBron James’ Left Knee, Fans Express Deep Worries About Lakers Star’s Future

The Los Angeles Lakers registered their first victory since LeBron James’ injury as they beat the Blazers at home. LeBron James missed the game against the Sixers last week due to what was earlier reported to be knee soreness. However, he has missed four games now, and that has worried the Lakers management as well as the fans.

King James was the star of the night for the Lakers when they beat the Nets at home. He scored a game-high 33 points against the Nets to help the Lakers register their 24th win. However, he has not played a minute since then and the Lakers went on to lose three straight games without him.

Before the game vs. the Blazers, Frank Vogel gave a positive update regarding James; he said that the recovery is going in the right direction. But recently, Dr. Brian Sutterer has explained James’ injury and noticed a fluid sack on his left knee. This has worried Lakers fans and they’ve reacted to the explanation from Dr. Brian.

Lakers fans worried about LeBron James’ future, react to Dr. Brian’s explanation regarding his injury

Dr. Brian Sutterer explained James’ injury on his YouTube channel. He noticed a fluid sack on his left knee and explained the details regarding the same.

“As LeBron is going up for this insane windmill dunk, you can see there’s this very clear focal area of swelling on the back portion of LeBron’s knee. It appears to be mobile as he jumps activates those muscles. It looks like it shifts. It looks like there’s potentially some fluid in there, understandably. This has people kind of freaked out, wondering what in the world is going on with LeBron’s knee,” Dr. Brian Sutterer said in his YouTube video.

Fans expressed their concern in the comment section of the video. One fan said, “Any estimated time frame for when he should be back? Is this painful? Is this urgent?”, while another said, “I hope he will be back soon, he is the only reason I watch the nba these days”.

Another fan expressed concern for the Lakers and said, “If Lebron doesn’t return for a while, the lakers can honestly miss the playoffs. That would be crazy”.

Indeed, the Lakers are in deep trouble already and with LeBron missing more games, the situation could worsen. There’s not enough update on his return and the Lakers will be cautious with him once he comes back.

James has been single-handedly carrying the Lakers this season and already had a lot of burdens. However, with Anthony Davis back, the Lakers can mount a challenge for the playoffs when James comes back.
