Shaquille O’Neal’s fast food order and diet
Shaquille O’Neal is a creature of habit. So he doesn’t like to experiment or mix things up. On a recent edition of ‘The Big Podcast’, he revealed that he has a staple order at every single fast food joint.
At IHOP, Shaq has a portion of the cheese omelet and butter-milk pancakes with a glass of orange juice. Similarly, when he visits McDonalds’, he orders a double cheeseburger with 10 chicken nuggets. Along with this, he orders a diet coke. Shaq further added, “A diet coke because I am on a diet.”
The 4x NBA Champion went on to talk about his orders at other fast food joints. The description of the Big Diesel’s orders had co-hosts Nischelle Turner and Spice Adams thinking with knitted brows. They didn’t seem to be sold on the ‘healthiness’ of Shaq’s diet.
However, Shaq usually lives on a healthy diet. In an interview with GQ magazine, Shaq opened up about his diet and workout. His daily food intake includes fruits, salad, chicken, fish, and a few egg whites.
Shaq also consumes a protein shake and a few turkey sausages as a part of his diet. Following this, he does cardio and strength workouts.
