Dwyane Wade was a very loyal teammate to Shaquille O’Neal and has always had good things to say about him. And there’s ample reason for him to say good things about the Big Diesel. Shaq took a young Wade under his wing helping him become the player he turned out to be in his prime, while simultaneously handing him the keys to the Miami Heat. Well, all things aside, D-Wade is well aware that Shaq is a perpetual entertainer. In a recent interview, Wade addressed whether Shaq plays a character during his hilarious stunts on live Television or whether that is his real self.
During the interview, Wade also talked about his stint on the Inside the NBA show. Among other things, he mentioned how he could never really figure out the Big Aristotle’s jokes, implying he could never tell if his jokes and pranks were staged or not. After that, the Miami Heat legend revealed his thoughts on Shaq recently getting shoved into a Christmas tree.

In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Dwyane Wade was asked about Shaq getting shoved into a Christmas tree. Additionally, he was also asked how he felt after missing these amazing moments. The three-time NBA Champion mentioned how he doesn’t really miss the events because he watches the show regularly. On being asked if he thought it was a stunt, Wade had a very revealing answer.

?That?s the crazy thing about it. You never know.? said the 13-time All-Star. He further added, ?I worked there and I didn?t know what was staged or real with Shaq. But I would say if it’s a percentage, we all know that it?s more than likely staged, but we still laugh and we still love it. And they did it in 2014 and they did it again in 2022, and we laughed the same.?
The Big Aristotle is an entertainer- Wade reiterated everyone’s feelings perfectly. As his antics are insanely funny, the fans hardly care if it is scripted. The duo spent quite a few years of their NBA careers with each other, and seemed to get each other perfectly.

The Miami Heat duo was an entertaining one. So, naturally when they came together for NBA on TNT fans expected fireworks. However, fans’ hopes were short-lived as Wade decided to quit the show for family reasons.
Back in 2004, the Heat were relatively new to other NBA franchises. Founded in 1988, the franchise was still yet to taste success in the league.
