Shaquille O’Neal will always be known as one of the most dominant players to ever step on the basketball court. The Lakers legend has never shied away from being the man he is, whether he is on the court or off-court. O’Neal has amassed a huge wealth due to his investment decisions during his playing career and after. And he is known to spend money on things he himself agrees he shouldn’t have.

But there are some things even the millionaire Lakers legend wouldn’t spend on. While talking on his recent podcast he revealed where he draws the line.

Shaquille O’Neal on where he wouldn’t spend his money

The 15-time All-Star has amassed a huge fortune since he hung up his boots in 2011. O’Neal reportedly has a net worth of $400mn. The 7-foot-tall basketball icon has a significant portfolio. He owns 155 ‘Five Guys’ Hamburger establishments, 40 Gyms, and a movie theater in his hometown, Newark. 

In addition to all of that, the Los Angeles Lakers no. 34 was also one of the early investors of tech giant ‘Google’. The basketball legend saidI wish I bought more”

While talking in his latest podcast, the basketball legend answered Anthony “Spice” Adams’ question on whether he would buy an $1800 Balenciaga bag that looks like a Lays wrapper. “No Spice Hell No”

The Basketball legend further went on to give tips to Adams on how to turn things at the back of the closet to look like trendy clothing accessories.

Shaquille O’Neal has always been interested in increasing wealth and has not left any stone unturned as he completed his doctorate in business a decade ago in 2012.

Although O’Neal said no to buying a Balenciaga bag shaped like a lays wrapper for $1800. He still has some of the craziest spending sprees there can be. The Lakers legend has famously spent a million dollars buying cars in a single day, and once spent $9 million in a single day.
