NBA legend Dennis Rodman has had some of the craziest stories in the NBA, both on and off the court. He had an outgoing personality and a unique sense of style. Not to mention, he was popular with women as well. The former NBA champion has dated some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry like Madonna and Carmen Electra. Most of his relationships were short-lived and full of controversies.

During an interview, Rodman opened up on his past relationships and talked about them in detail. When asked about whether he would want to go back with any of his past love interests, The Worm answered the question in all honesty.

Detroit Pistons and Chicago Bulls legend Dennis Rodman has had some wild dating experiences. During the 90s, the basketball superstar dated some of the biggest names ruling the entertainment industry. Take Carmen Electra and Madonna for example. 

Unfortunately, none of his celebrity relationships really worked out. During an interview, he was asked whether he has tried to go back to any of his former lovers. Rodman said, “I tried Madonna, I tried Carmen Electra, I tried a lot but it didn’t work too well.”

Additionally, he was asked whether he would want to go back to them and he replied, “Well, I never went back, no.” Considering the number of controversies he was a part of while dating Madonna and Electra, Rodman would very happily want to stay out of those.

Rodman and Electra made a hasty decision to get married

Rodman and Electra started dating in 1998. The Worm was one of the biggest basketball stars while the other was an established name in Hollywood and the two were head over heels for each other. After dating for a while, Rodman and Electra decided to get married on Nov 14, 1998, in Las Vegas.

Their ceremony was being conducted in a chapel and the minister tried to explain the importance of the wedding ring to the Bulls’ superstar . Rodman unsurprisingly paid no heed to all of that and said, “shut the hell up before I change my mind and get on with it.” Nevetheless, the two got married and their marriage lasted a grand total of nine days as Rodman filed for an anulment.
