DeMar DeRozan, a Chicago Bulls player, recently purchased a property from Jordan’s ex-wife, Juanita Vanoy. According to ‘The Real Deal’, DeRozan bought the River North property in Chicago for a reported $4.5 million. Juanita acquired the River North mansion in 2007, one year after her 2006 divorce with Jordan. Juanita placed the property on sale in the market in June.

DeRozan signed a fresh three-year, $85 million contract in August with the Bulls. His new lavish mansion encompasses a five-stop elevator, recreation and billiard room, library, three-car heated garage, and four fireplaces. The six-bedroom, 10,200 square-foot home is the Chicago area’s 65th home sale over $4 million this year.

Michael Jordan, a six-time NBA champion, had an expensive divorce with his ex-wife Juanita Vanoy Jordan. Jordan paid her $168 million in a divorce settlement in 2006. Jordan separated with his wife Juanita Vanoy after 17 years of marriage. It resulted in her acquiring a few shared properties. Juanita received the Lake Shore Drive penthouse they purchased for about $3 million in 1990.
