The Warriors already had a lot of problems in their squad and Curry’s injury just adds to their misery. Getting a veteran on the team in order to solve their issues might be the way forward and an interesting potential trade has just emerged.

The trade involves the Warriors and the Toronto Raptors, who beat them a couple of years ago in the NBA finals. The player in question is OG Anunoby.

The Warriors might land the former NBA champion in case they decide to sacrifice their future as the deal might include young players with potential like James Wiseman and Jonathan Kuminga.

The Toronto Raptors handed the Golden State Warriors one of their most embarrassing losses in recent history. Despite having a team consisting of stars like Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson, a spirited Raptors clinched the NBA title from under the Warriors’ nose in 2019.

Interestingly enough, the Dubs might be interested in a player who played a part in the Raptors’ incredible championship win. 6-foot-7 inches tall OG Anunoby has a chance to join the Warriors.

In order to lure him away from the Raptors, the Warriors will have to offer James Wiseman, Jonathan Kuminga, and a couple of first-round picks. While this might feel like a controversial move to some, the Warriors’ desperation might lead to this move as getting a dynamic veteran like Anunoby can be key in the future.

Four-time NBA champion Stephen Curry recently suffered a painful shoulder injury when the team took on the Indiana Pacers. Initial reports suggested he wouldn’t be requiring surgery, however, he will be out for around a month.

Steph recently provided an update that doesn’t sound good. According to Curry, he isn’t anywhere near picking up a basketball yet. Moreover, this type of injury is very new to him which is why he is playing it safe.
