Now, that may simply just mean that the team owner wants Irving to complete his tasks and pass with flying colors. But, former teammate Jaylen Brown had some other theories brewing in his mind.
Brown had recently questioned global brand Nike?s ethics for addressing Irving?s decisions as ?stepping over the line.? Brown, who was previously signed with Kanye West?s Donda Sports tweeted, ?Since when did Nike care about ethics??
Along with being Irving?s former teammate, Jaylen Brown is also the vice president of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA). After Tsai made that comment regarding Irving?s return, Brown tweeted, ?This response is alarming for multiple reasons.?

Now, what Brown is trying to say or what specific reasons he found alarming are still not clear. As his tweet seemed pretty vague. But fans have been divided into two major categories. One is holding Irving responsible for his actions. And the second group of fans is calling out Brown on his actions and decisions.?

Joe Tsai made a statement prior to this one regarding Irving?s actions. He said, ?He has to show people that he?s sorry?he only apologized after he was suspended.? Whether Irving is right in this mix or not, he has managed to hurt an entire community?s sentiments.

And as an owner of a billion Dollar NBA team with a diverse fanbase, Tsai may be right, even if Kyrie is not wrong. Joe Tsai has been awfully patient with Irving and his off-court drama and controversy.
Kyrie has already tanked his value as a player as no team is interested in acquiring him anymore. And it is not because he?s not talented but is now known for bringing off-the-court issues with him. A look that is not good for any franchise in the NBA.
