The Boston Celtics had their dreams crushed by the Miami Heat. After falling down 0-3 in the Conference Finals, the Celtics made an impressive comeback and had a chance of making history. However, Jayson Tatum and Co. couldn’t bag the crucial win against the Heat bringing a lot of criticism for the players and franchise. Other than a crushing defeat, the Celtics just keep receiving more bad news. Boston will be losing out on important members of the team, and from the looks of it, they can’t do anything about it.
No team in the postseason has come back from a 3-0 deficit. When Jayson Tatum‘s Celtics forced a Game 7, they were on the brink of making history for the world to witness. Things didn’t pan out well for them and they enter the offseason with some major decisions to be made.

Jayson Tatum’s Celtics receive more bad news after getting knocked out of the championship race
The Conference Finals between the Celtics and the Heat was one straight out of a movie. A decent Celtics team went 3 down to a team that was crushing competition just weeks ago. However, when it looked like everything was over for the Celtics, they made a heroic comeback in the next 3 games. Bringing the series to a tie, the Celtics were now an equal competitor but then lost to the magic that the Heat brought on the court. Game 7 ended 84-103 and to say that the Celtics did not stand a chance during the entirety of the game will not be an unfair opinion.

Now with a heartbreaking loss at its hands, the Boston franchise is facing yet another problem. This time, it is one of their ex-coach who is bringing home the trouble for them. Although it is nothing of an intentional nature, ex-coach Ime Udoka’s next move is going to cost three important staff members from the Celtics. As per a recent report, “The Boston Celtics are expected to lose three assistant coaches to Ime Udoka?s staff in Houston.” Udoka was the coach for the Celtics from 2021-23 and he agreed to become the head coach of the Houston Rockets?ahead of the next season.

Not sure how the Celtics’ management and players will take it, but this looks like significant damage for an already reeling team.
