The Los Angeles Lakers legend has talked about his admiration for the NFL team on multiple occasions, but he recently refused to comment about them. Shaq joined former NFL players on the I Am Athlete podcast and talked about his brilliant NBA career, LeBron James, and a whole lot of other topics.
During a heated argument, former NFL star LeShaun ‘Shady’ McCoy gave his thoughts on Dak Prescott. While the entire football fanbase has discussed Prescott and his situation for the past few months, Shaq refused to budge.
Shaquille O’Neal stays put on Dallas Cowboys situation

The Dallas Cowboys have had a tumultuous few months. Firstly, the Cowboys owner found himself in the middle of a huge controversy that urged NBA superstar LeBron James to speak out. Moreover, the situation surrounding Dak Prescott also has the sports world talking.
Prescott had an underwhelming 2022-23 NFL season which brought in a lot of hate for the quarterback. Former NFL star LeShaun ‘Shady’ McCoy said, “Dak is a**.”
While some of the panelists agreed with McCoy, others didn’t agree immediately which led to a small argument between the panelists. McCoy was bashed for his take on Dak Prescott but he later clarified his stance. In the case of Shaq, the renowned Cowboys fan refused to even comment!
Shaq said, “I’m not going to intervene on that one.” Following his statement, one of the panelists questioned Shaq’s loyalty towards the Dallas Cowboys, and the NBA legend was quick to answer, “I am.”
Interestingly, when Shaq tried to argue that he never labeled someone as a**, the Los Angeles Lakers legend was immediately interrupted by almost everyone present in the podcast!

The Cowboys issued a warning to Dak Prescott
Although Dak Prescott might be one of the best QBs in the league, he has some injury concerns. The Cowboys recently bestowed their faith on Prescott. However, the owner Jerry Jones doesn’t want his star player to miss game time.?
“If you look at the last three years, he needs to be more available,”?said Jones while speaking to reporters during a recent event. Prescott has missed a total of 17 games in the past three seasons. Five of them came last season when he missed game time owing to a thumb injury.
