Charles Barkley aka Chuck is a Hall of Famer who currently works on NBA on TNT as an analyst. He has won the Sports Emmy two times for his role as a Studio Analyst. Recently, he had something to say to Kevin Durant and James Harden after the Milwaukee Bucks win over the Golden State Warriors.

Charles said, “The reason I still think Milwaukee is the team to beat in the eastern conference is because that guy right there, he plays so hard that he forces everybody else to up their game.”

“But when your best player plays like that youngest kid, you either going to play it, you’re getting the hell out of here.”

Barkley made these comments after the Bucks held a commanding 39 point lead at the half against the Warriors. They just played them on both sides and the reigning Finals MVP Giannis was leading the charge. This surely comes as a warning to Kevin Durant, James Harden, and the Nets who will look to challenge Giannis and the Bucks come playoff time.

Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets

Brooklyn currently sits 3rd in the East, a game and a half behind the Chicago Bulls. They are led by their superstars, Kevin Durant and James Harden. While Harden is still trying to adjust to the recent rule changes, Durant has been balling out this year. He leads the league in scoring averaging nearly 30 points a game. He has been playing heavy minutes and has been carrying the offensive load all year long. Recently, Kyrie Irving made his much-anticipated return against the Indiana Pacers.

Giannis and the Bucks will look to defend their crown against the rest of the league. But their job looks harder than ever. The Nets will look to avenge their loss in the playoffs. The Bulls have made brilliant moves and they look to contenders. The 76ers and Heat are the Dark Horses in the East.

In the West, the Suns and the Warriors are playing some exceptional basketball. The Grizzlies have been the surprise package this year, as they have been tearing it up lately. And even though the Lakers are struggling right now, they still have LeBron James and a capable squad to overcome the odds.

However, the Bucks can take them all on and win again. They have their core intact and they have added really good support players this year. But the main reason the Bucks will be confident will be because of one man, Giannis Antetokounmpo. He had an amazing finals run last year, and he capped it off with a 50 point performance in Game 6.
