Interestingly enough, two eminent Hollywood celebrities had an interesting encounter with the Lakers coach on the sidelines during the series.
Matt Damon and Mark Wahlberg attended the finals and were quite vocal for the Boston Celtics, the team they support. The Lakers coach, Phil Jackson, was quite annoyed by the two and he made sure they know the same.

Damon said, “Wahlberg and I are like ‘Oh my God!’ and as (Jackson) calls the timeout, he just spins on us and he goes, ‘Sit down and shut the f— up!’ He was so mad – which I get.“
