Considered one of the winners of the NBA trade deadline this year, the attention on Phoenix Suns continues to rise. Entering the second half of the season, the pressure on the Suns will be over the roof. After their recent addition of Kevin Durant, who will join the big three of Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and DeAndre Ayton, not winning the championship will be considered a huge failure for them. However, Booker doesn’t believe most of the narratives being thrown at the new-look Suns.

While the Durant trade makes the Suns instant favorites for the championship this year, there might be a few issues the team may have to deal with. With the regular season winding down, building chemistry will be one of the priorities for Phoenix. However, one would expect that to be a given considering the level of talent at the Suns’ disposal. Nonetheless, Booker remains calm amid the rising expectations.

It’s for you guys and everybody else. Everything that is said about, you know, will come regarding how we finish.”
