Shaq in a latest MoTalk podcast mentioned that his mother was not happy with his purchase of a 17,000-square-foot mansion or being the first person in Atlanta to own a new Ford F-150 truck.

“My mother would be very unhappy, 17000 sqft, 30 Acres… I just bought the new F-150 Truck, I’m the first one in Atlanta to get it, she’d be unhappy with that and she’s my favorite person.”

Shaq’s love for luxury cars

The NBA legend in his junior year took out a loan and purchased a used Ford Bronco II for $6,000. With the expectation of being drafted, he planned to pay off the loan once he received his earnings.

His love for luxury cars has remained unchanged till date.

Shaq has over 30 cars, and each one is unique in its own way. Most of his cars sport a ‘Superman’ logo at the front.

Some are tough like a custom Jeep, while others are super fast like a Dodge Charger or a Lamborghini.

Shaq likes Rolls-Royce cars and reportedly gifted one to LeBron James on his 25th birthday.
