Recently, Jones joined Charles Barkley and Ernie Johnson?in one of the recent episodes of ‘The Steam Room?podcast to talk about many things, including the embarrassing detail of James’ historic night. During the podcast, the ESPN journalist said,?“The funniest thing to me was honestly like it made me feel a little bit old was that Bronny and Bryce were sitting at a different part of the gym from Savannah[James]…because they are at that age where even now they’re too cool to sit with their parents and so they had to go sit on the other side of the gym.“

When basketball got a new scoring king, both Bronny and Bryce were seemingly not sitting with their mother, Savannah James, as they may have been embarrassed.

Bronny and Bryce were sitting courtside among the crowd when James surpassed Abdul-Jabbar in the scoring list and became the all-time leading scorer. In the third quarter, the teens started recording with their phones as the 19x All-Star was approaching to make a shot. Therefore, as James eventually made a step-back fadeaway jumper from the foul line, they stood up and cheered for their father while recording the historic moment on their phones.

Undoubtedly, the teens had the sweetest and a heart-felt reaction as their father rewrote history on the court.
