Kevin Durant is having a long off-season. The Boston Celtics swept his team, the Brooklyn Nets in the first round. He tried to verbally spar with Charles Barkley. Durant was “dunked” harder than anybody by Chuck and the panel of “Inside the NBA”. He has been mocked relentlessly for not being a great “bus driver” for his team. The media and fans criticized his performances.

It has not been a great week and a half for the 12-time All-Star. He went to Greece to attend a Euro league match. There, too, he couldn’t escape scrutiny. He was booed by fans while being displayed on the big screen.

It is presumed that Durant was booed because he was there in support of former teammate Mike James and was seen cheering for James in Game 4. According to 95.7 The Game in San Francisco, KD was also spotted cheering during Game 4 when an Olympiacos player missed the potential game-winning shot.

While the crowd in Greece wasn’t particularly pleased to see him, it can’t be ignored what a massive deal it was to have one of the best players in the game at an international event.
