He sustained a torn UCL late last year, which has kept him sidelined ever since. The major concern in the Clippers camp is that George could miss the entire season.
According to Bleacher Report, the return of Paul George is set to be delayed. This will quite significantly harm the Los Angeles Clippers.

Paul George injury report
With a season filled with injuries and positive reports of the Covid-19 virus, Paul George might be the latest addition to the long list.
Although not much was said, he was set to be re-evaluated in 3-4 weeks. The closest we got to know about George’s injury was an update from close friend Reggie Jackson.
According to Jackson, “He’s [Paul George] is taking it day-by-day.”

“He’s taking it day-by-day. I just talked to him yesterday. We were playing video games. The first thing he’s thinking about, is like, ‘How are you doing?’ ‘My elbow is feeling good. Rested, feeling good.’” pic.twitter.com/1gH7LB0MYH
The Clippers were initially looking forward to retaining the services of Kawhi Leonard who is also sidelined since last year. A source close to Leonard reported, “If they’re not in the playoff picture, I think the chances he comes back are slim to none.” Paul George’s injury scare and Kawhi Leonard’s news will certainly put the team on the back foot.
How has George performed this season?
Paul George has been the driving force behind the Los Angeles Clippers this season. He averages 24.7 points,7.1 rebounds, and 5.5 assists this season.
The Los Angeles Clippers are currently 8th in the Western Conference. They are fighting for a playoff spot with city rivals Los Angeles Lakers who are tackling injury problems of their own.
Clippers looking to reinforce
Although the Clippers have no top five picks this season, they are looking to include veterans in order to get some top-class deals.
A western conference official said, “They’re pretty much open for business for anyone except their main guys and Terance Mann. I think they really are fine falling out of the playoffs and regrouping for next year.“

The most likely scenario, though, appears to be the Clippers moving Serge Ibaka. The biggest benefit of the Ibaka deal would be the amount the Clippers would be saving through evading tax penalties.
Trade deadline day is less than a month away and the Clippers have some serious business to do.
