Jordan’s love for cigars is well-known among basketball fans. Classic Tapes of the 90s Bulls always featured Jordan dominating on the court or holding a cigar in the locker room. Jordan has a room dedicated to smoking cigars in his multi-million-dollar mansion. He converted a home gym into a lounge area with the ideal smoking environment. The Cigar lounge has a walk-in humidor and leather seating. The lounge also has an in-built air ventilation system that provides much-needed ventilation and keeps the air fresh. Moreover, other systems in place prevent the smell from lingering and spreading to other rooms. MJ has created the perfect environment to enjoy his cigars with his pals.

Michael Jordan listed his iconic mansion in Chicago on the market in 2012 for an asking price of $29 million. Fast forward a decade, the Hall of Famer’s mansion remains vacant and continues struggling to find a buyer. It seems as if the appeal of living in Jordan’s house is not enticing enough for buyers to splurge millions in an outskirts mansion. The asking price of the property has declined several times over the years.

As it stands today, the asking price for the property is $14.9 Million, or more specifically, $14,855,000. The asking price has a special meaning; all the numbers add up to Jordan’s iconic jersey number ’23’. However, at this point the house might be up for grabs to the highest bidder as well.
