Rodman’s agent hired people who were responsible for waking the five-time NBA Champion at 6 AM for his Chicago Radio Show. Safe to say, he could never wake up on his own for the show. Manley created a hotline no. for dealing with the sale of Rodman merchandise as well. The five-time NBA Champion had a very hands-on relationship with his agent, as it was needed.
Manley also used to handle the endless calls from people close to Rodman demanding tickets for the matches. All this work did pay well because Dwight Manley followed that by spending $30,000 in a coin auction. Although Manley had money before he started to manage Rodman, this kind of financial liberty doesn?t come easy.
Therefore, it’s quiet evident that Manley didn’t get his job just because he was friends with Dennis Rodman. He had to really put in the effort to keep the Bulls superstar’s life together.
