The Indiana Pacers had yet another unsuccessful season. The team will miss the playoffs, as their current record stands 25-50, with only 7 games left to play. It was not a good season to digest for the Pacers fans. Indiana’s worst record was 20-62 in the 1982-83 season.
And yet the last 7 games are against contenders like the Sixers, the Nets, and the Celtics.
Though the players are averaging pretty decent numbers, their defense let them down this season. There are 9 players averaging in double digits. Myles Turner, Pacer’s best rim protector, hasn’t been playing since January this year. And as of now, Turner has almost fully recovered, but he will not return this season.

Myles Turner has other major interests
While recovering from injury, Turner had been making TikTok videos. Turner was also involved in a controversy earlier this year, that had the fans believe Turner might end up a Laker by the end of the season.
As the official update of Turner’s return breaks out, fans on Twitter made hilarious comments.

Turner averaged almost 13 points, 7 rebounds and 1 assist this season on a 50 percent shooting percentage. Myles led the league in Blocks in 2019 and 2021.
The Pacers could really use a rim protector as they stand 13th in the East. The team might get a top 5 draft pick this year.
