New York Liberty star DiDi Richards recently took part in a photo shoot that is making waves online. This shoot is getting popular because it honors one of the greatest players in NBA history. Recently, Richards shared some pictures of the shoot in which she can be seen paying tribute to Chicago Bulls legend Dennis Rodman. 

Not only off the court but also on the court, she has gained quite a bit of popularity through her performances. Her entry into the NBA occurred when New York selected her in the second round in 2021. However, she had to go through many struggles, especially when she got injured with a hamstring injury, which prevented her from playing in games. 

During the month of August, Richards was struggling with her health and managing to make appearances in games for her team. Aside from that, her shoot attracted a lot of attention from fans. She was wearing Rodman’s Chicago Bulls jersey, so fans reacted very strongly. 

It was captioned “bad as I want to be” after she shared the pictures. A lot of her fans expressed their appreciation for the pictures she posted. Seeing her modeling is not surprising since she explained in an interview how passionate she was about the industry.

She has recently been putting in a lot of effort in both of her professions. In the midst of the basketball season, she is naturally busy working on her basketball skills, but she also tries out modeling during the WNBA off-season. 

Dennis Rodman’s appearance on ‘The Surreal Life’ hits the news

As part of an interview with Just Women’s Sports, the WNBA star described her interest in modeling and how she is doing her best to establish herself in the field. She was also asked what she would be doing if she wasn’t playing professional basketball.

“I’d be modeling. It’s definitely in the works. I spent my off-season trying to figure out different ways to get into that industry. So, this is my second off-season and I’m excited to see what it has to offer.”

Apart from that, Dennis Rodman has been on the news a lot recently as well. His appearance on the reality show ‘The Surreal Life‘ is especially notable.
