Shaquille O’Neal then shared it in an Instagram story to show his appreciation for the Hollywood superstar’s courage. As per the post, the stunt was shot for Cruise’s upcoming movie Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. It was a scary motorcycle jump off a cliff that would see Cruise land on the ground with the help of a parachute. Even Tom Cruise admitted, “This is far and away the most dangerous thing we’ve ever attempted.”

The stunt started with a hilariously obvious yet scary comment to Cruise saying, “If you don’t open your parachute, you are not gonna make it!” Fans around the world could not believe their eyes as Cruise jumped off the cliff on a motorcycle at the signal of “Action.” The movie crew watched in silence as the superstar began to fade away into the abyss. The parachute finally deployed and everyone could finally breathe.
