In today?s NBA, rarely do NBA players tend to play through pain or injury due to the risk of doing serious damage. However, there are some who would suck it up and still go out there to give their best for the team, like Russell Westbrook. Denver Nuggets star Jamal Murray comes under the same category as well. After sustaining a floor burn in Game 3, the Canadian International opened up about the excruciating training he went through for times like this.

Load management has become an issue over the years, with players taking time off to not risk more damage. But given that this was his first Finals appearance, Murray made sure to play through the pain and leave no stone unturned.
