The Golden State Warriors are down 0-2 in a playoff series for the first time since Stephen Curry came to the Bay. Nobody expected the Warriors to lose twice in a row to the Sacramento Kings. And now, the Warriors don’t seem to be the favorites in Game 3 of the series after Draymond Green was suspended by the league following his antics in Game 2. According to reports, the Warriors management was ‘livid’ with the league’s decision. However, that doesn’t take away from the fact that such incidents happen far too often in the case of Draymond Green.
As many fans are aware of the situation, Draymond Green got handed a flagrant two-foul for stepping on Domantas Sabonis? chest. This, in turn, led to Green?s suspension from Game 3 of the series.

Draymond Green has been an integral part of the Golden State Warriors franchise. Along with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, he has helped form the Warriors dynasty that has dominated the league for the last decade.
Winning four NBA champions in the last eight years, Green?s contributions to the team can’t be overlooked. His on-court game works perfectly in motion with Curry and Thompson?s off-the-ball shooting.
But it looks like the Warriors’ front office seemingly has been low on patience with Green?s antics. Reports claim that the team?s diminishing tolerance may end Green?s run with the Golden State Warriors. The 6?6 power forward is known to get overly emotional at times, which tends to get the best of him. The Warriors front office running out of patience started with Green?s altercation with teammate Jordan Poole.
Reading between the lines this season, the Warriors' tolerance for Draymond’s dark side is greatly diminished.

And now his Game 3 suspension has increased the Warriors’ front office’s frustrations. If the Warriors fail to make a deep playoff run, Green?s time with the Warriors may soon be coming to an end.
The last time Green got suspended in the playoffs was in the 2016 NBA finals. The Warriors had a commanding 3-1 lead but eventually lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers as Green was suspended from Game 5 of the series.
Will Stephen Curry and the Warriors be able to survive?
The altercation that led to Draymond Green getting suspended shocked the Warriors’ front office. When Adrian Wojnarowski was asked about how the Warriors felt when they heard about Green?s suspension, he said, ?Consider the Warriors, in one word, livid.?

Even Golden State?s GM Bob Myers wasn?t too happy with Green?s suspension. In an interview, Myers said, ?You can react however you want to react, but it doesn’t change the fact that he’s not playing, and we’ve got a game tomorrow night.?

Given that this is a crucial game considering the fact that the Warriors already trail 0-2 in the series, it sure is frustrating to see one of the key players miss out due to his on-court antics.
