The Brooklyn Nets are one of the best teams in the NBA who had a trade season to remember. They added the estranged Philadelphia 76ers star, Ben Simmons, to their roster among a mix of other players and future picks while getting rid of James Harden.
While Harden has been playing well for his new team, Simmons is yet to make his debut for the Nets. The Australian is recovering from a back injury and teammate Andre Drummond gives a major work regarding when we can see Simmons play for the Nets.

Ben Simmons to make his debut soon?
Currently 8th in the Eastern Conference, the Brooklyn Nets are slowly coming back to their very best. After dominating the league during the initial stages of the season, the Nets suffered a brutal losing streak. This came after injuries to Kevin Durant and James Harden and the inability to field Kyrie Irving in home matches.
After Durant came back from his month-long injury, the team is slowly clawing back to the top of their conference and is looking to book their playoff berth. One of the biggest questions revolving around the minds of the Nets fanbase is when will their latest signing Ben Simmons make his debut?
Speaking to the media, fellow teammate Andre Drummond gave an update regarding Simmons’ situation. He let us know that Simmons is back in the Nets facility and is recovering from his back injury. Drummond further talked about how the team will cope with the postseason. He said, “Treat this sh** like pickup.”
Drummond said Simmons is at the Nets’ facility as he continues getting treatment for his back issue.

Drummond, with a laugh, on trying get everybody in rhythm heading into the postseason with all the uncertainty surrounding roster. “Treat this sh** like pickup.”

Currently, the Nets take 8th place in their conference. However, the return of Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving’s new-found form gives some hope to the Nets fanbase.
Durant averages 29.4 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 6.0 assists this season. On the other hand, Irving averages 27.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists in the limited game time he has received due to the New York City mandates.
