Kyle Kuzma was traded by the Lakers in 2021. As life comes full circle, the Purple and Gold are in pursuit of the Washington Wizards star. His stellar 2022-23 season is a major contributing factor behind such a decision.

But the Bulls are ready to spoil the Lakers’ plans as they are lining up for the star. According to Sean Deveney of Heavy, the Bulls “definitely” have an interest in the Wizards star. There are a lot of factors that might be good news for Kuzma if he’s on the flight to Chicago.

What could it mean for LeBron James and co. if they fail to land Kuzma?

The short answer is, not much, at least for the time being. Despite the win against the Memphis Grizzlies, The LA side’s chances of going to the playoffs are already slim to none, but it could hurt them in the long term.
