Brittney Griner’s release may have elated her family and her friends, but this doesn’t mean that all Americans are happy with it. According to a recent poll, only 38% of citizens approve of Griner’s prisoner swap. Moreover, 47% strongly disapproved or somewhat disapproved of the deal.

Not only common citizens, many eminent names have expressed their disappointment over the exchange. When President Joe Biden announced Griner’s release, his announcement was met with mixed reactions from the crowd.
