A Chicago Bulls announcer slammed Drake and 21 Savage’s new album, saying, “This new album didn’t really excite me.” These comments infuriated the NBA community. And it didn’t take long for them to blast the announcer online. What’s more, is that the world is well aware of Drake’s devotion to the Toronto Raptors. Furthermore, he was spotted in the audience on Sunday night, rooting for his favorite team as they faced the Chicago Bulls.

The Raptors defeated the Bulls by 9 points, the final score was 113-104. It was a close game till the third quarter, but the Raptors dominated the fourth quarter and confirmed their win. Fred VanVleet scored 30 points, 5 rebounds, and 11 assists in 39 minutes. Standing by his side, OG Anunoby recorded 22 points in 39 minutes. From the Bulls, it was an impressive team effort, where everyone contributed evenly, DeMar DeRozan scored the highest with 20 points.
On November 4, 2022, Drake released his new album “Her Loss.” Drake and Atlanta-based rapper 21 Savage collaborated on this album together. Immediately following the album’s release, Drake received multiple jabs from the individuals he had disparaged in his song.

During the game between the Toronto Raptors and the Chicago Bulls, the camera turned to the front seats. And the world could see Drake sitting in front of the announcers’ table. Then, one of the Bulls’ announcers said, “Drake is here, great seats as always. ” And then another announcer said,” Yeah, just peeping his album on the plane, ‘Her Loss'”.?To which other announcer asked, “You listened to Drake on your way here, are you a tourist?”
The announcer responded:?“No, I was just peeping his music, I don’t know if I’m a fan of it though. ” Furthermore he added his apparent displeasure with the album by saying, “This new album didn’t really excite me”.?Soon the video of this conversation surfaced on the internet, and Bleacher Report posted a video on Twitter with the caption, “Why was the Bulls announcer hating on Drake’s new album?”?NBA fans had plenty to say about the video.
