Foster is one of the most controversial referees in the NBA. His impact on the games has often been a huge deciding factor. Moreover, Foster’s infamous incidents with Chris Paul are well-known around the hoops community. 38-year-old Paul had a 13-game losing streak in the playoffs when Foster was one of the officials of the game before finally breaking the curse this year.
