Lately, the four-time NBA champion shared a post by ‘Bleacher Report’ on his Instagram stories, which recalled his 2016 Christmas Day game against Stephen Curry. Uncle Drew, a Kyrie Irving avatar, hailed the game to be “The Greatest NBA Christmas Day Game”.
The 18x NBA All-Star also captioned his story update as “THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST!!!!”?His caption made it clear that he definitely agreed with Kyrie Irving’s sentiment that it was indeed the greatest Christmas Day game ever.
The post he shared contained multiple clips from the iconic game which ended in favor of James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Notably, it had clips of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and King James showcasing their brilliance on the court that day.

The iconic Christmas Day game between the Chosen One and the Dubs guard ended with a score of 109-108. King James led his team to victory by dropping 31 points that night. Apart from him, Irving was also crucial for the team with 25 points. On the other hand, KD was the highest scorer for the Warriors with 25 points. However, Steph was unable to reach his full potential that day as he finished the game with just 15 points. Overall the Christmas Day game was able to live up to its expectations.
