After winning his first championship with the Golden State Warriors in 2015, Stephen won his fourth championship with the franchise last season. Stephen Curry has vested his interest in real estate over the years. Shockingly, the Warriors legend ended up selling a $3 million mega-mansion at a loss, after losing interest in the property just after a year.
Steph and his wife Ayesha Curry bought a massive Mediterranean-style home in Walnut Creek, CA in 2015. The couple paid $3.2 million for the mega-mansion. The house was built in 2006 and comprised five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a detached three-car garage, and a billiard room. The mansion also had a posh wine cellar and a guest house.

Unfortunately, Steph was left in a difficult situation after his initial offer allured zero buyers. Steph was still determined to get rid of the place and sold it for a mere $3 million. It must have been tough for Curry to sell the property at loss, but he seemed to be unfazed by the final deal.
Curry has been investing in beautiful properties over the years. The two-time MVP has bought five houses so far and currently lives in a $31 million three-story mansion in Atherton CA. Stephen Curry made his biggest real estate purchase by buying the 1.2-acre Atherton property in 2019. Steph also brought a house in Alamo($5.775 million), Florida($2.1 million), and Charlotte($1.275 million). However, the Warriors legend sold all three properties.
