Savannah James was announced as one of the members of the founding team recently. Following her husband’s and even her eldest son’s paths, she has made her hyped debut in the metaverse.

The Lockerverse is the latest entry into the metaverse. It serves as an e-hub for athletes and stalwarts of various other fields to tell culture-defining stories. Moreover, fans will have access to exclusive features like merchandise, and digital and offline experiences.

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James‘ wife, Savannah James was recently announced as one of the founding members. Talking about this massive announcement, an elated Savannah had a lot to say.
She said, “Lockerverse aligns with my love for culture, sportsmanship, and community. This network will help up-and-coming cultural icons grow and build wealth on their terms.”
The Lockerverse team has associated itself with notable names like Morehouse College, Bronny and Bryce James, Ohio State University football stars CJ Stroud and Jaxon Smith-Njigba,
LeBron James made headways into the metaverse months ago
Four-time NBA champion and billionaire LeBron James made headlines earlier this year. However, it wasn’t for anything related to the basketball court.
According to reports, he had filed four new trademark applications via his trademark holding company, LBJ Trademarks, LLC showing clear intent of heading into the much-hyped Metaverse.

Interestingly enough, his eldest son Bronny had also launched his NFT collection a few weeks before James. Various other NBA stars like LaMelo Ball and Stephen Curry have also launched their own NFTs similar to LeBron.
