Taking on the new year, Ayesha Curry came out with a set of bold and brave resolutions to achieve. The wife of NBA superstar, Stephen Curry is a well-renowned entrepreneur and author. Being a fitness freak, the 33-year-old has managed to stay in tip-top shape despite having three children. In the previous year, she lost 35 pounds, leaving many in shock at her transformation. However, it seems she isn’t done with her fitness goals just yet. And she is ready to attack 2023 with her monthly resolutions.
The previous year was one full of celebrations for the Curry household. The NBA’s Baby Face Assassin won his fourth championship. Moreover, he had a legacy-defining series winning Finals MVP honors for the first time. However, the process for the Golden State Warriors began two years ago when Curry and co?lost Kevin Durant. Missing out on the playoffs each of those seasons, the reigning champions took things slow. Never losing hope, they had accumulated all the weapons needed to make a run last season.
Following a similar approach, Ayesha Curry is looking to take on 2023 one month at a time. While speaking to People.com, the ched revealed her recipe for a successful new year.

Ayesha Curry understands she can’t compete with Stephen Curry
Curry achieved her body goals for 2022. But she is now aiming for something more. Notably, the NBA wife revealed she wants to add lean muscle and see the definition in her body. However, to make it happen, she isn’t following the typical new year’s solution plan. Instead, Ayesha Curry plans on taking it one month at a time. In addition, she has also partnered up with MyFitnessPal to help many others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Giving insights on her new collaboration, the best-selling author said, “When the new year comes around every year, everybody’s going all in, balls to the wall and wants to do the most, and you almost always end up failing. And so with this Jumpstart Your Health Challenge, it just makes it easy. It’s not overwhelming, it’s approachable.”
One of the most critical upgrades Ayesha made while striding towards her goals is to stop comparing herself with anyone. The 33-year-old spoke about having an inner competition with her husband, Stephen Curry. However, the mother of three now understands she can’t follow the same fitness routines of an NBA superstar.
