The NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal wasn’t always a bachelor. He was previously married to Shaunie Henderson. Despite getting married in 2002, they experienced difficulties in their marriage, which caused them to separate in 2007. Despite a brief reunion, their marriage turned tumultuous towards the end. Shaunie initiated the divorce proceedings the same year, and it was concluded in 2011. Shaq and Shaunie continue to put their children’s welfare first after getting divorced and have a good working relationship as co-parents.

Meanwhile, Shaquille O’Neal showed his interest in a girl 30 years younger than him. However, DJ Akademiks did not let Shaq off the hook easily.

Shaquille O’Neal sets out in pursuit of romance

After his marriage with his ex-wife, Shaunie Henderson, that lasted for 9 years, Shaq hadn’t been romantically involved with many ladies. However, most recently, he had a friendly exchange with the 21-year-old Ariana Josephine, or the ‘home-depot girl’ as termed by the internet. Worried about the hate she had been getting, Shaq reached out to the girl with words of encouragement.

Shaquille O’Neal then stepped out in search of the ‘Home-Depot girl.’ He even went to Home Depot with a sweet surprise awaiting her. Shaq donned the famous orange apron from Home Depot and explored the store in a hilarious Instagram video that has followers in stitches. Shaq promoted his new DJ Diesel song, ‘I Know I Got It,’ while showcasing his rapping abilities while towering over the aisles.

Amidst all the fun, King Akademiks, a frequent critic of Shaq did not have kind words in store for him.

However, DJ Akademiks was enthralled by how down-bad Shaq was. He continued, “Listen, when a regular ni**a shoots his shot and your shot don’t hit, you move on to the next. You take your l in peace. He shoot his shot, I don’t know if it shot hit yet like really the ball’s still in the air. But before the ball could even land,  this ni**a already did some sh*t with Home Depot.”

He said, “Oh man,  lows down bad.  Ah man, Shaq can’t lose it’s the f**king diesel ni**a .I don’t know man.”

Shaunie Henderson is married to a pastor

Shaunie O’Neal, who is well known for her appearance in the reality television series ‘Basketball Wives,’ got engaged to Pastor Keion Henderson recently. The couple exchanged vows in a stunning wedding on an island in the tropics. Nearly 200 guests attended the wedding, which took place at the Aurora Anguilla Resort and Golf Club on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. Henderson’s three sons escorted her down the aisle to her future husband, Pastor Keion Henderson, during the wedding ceremony. What a touching gesture!
