The Minnesota Timberwolves hosted the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Target Center Arena. However, the presence of Wolves’ star center Rudy Gobert on the court was short-lived as he got ejected from the game for kicking and tripping Kenrich Williams.

During the second quarter of the game, the clock stopped at 9:22 because Gobert tripped Williams, which resulted in Williams’s taking a hard fall. The incident happened when Williams drove his way to score and eventually the duo collided and Williams fell down. Afterward, they both were seen laying on the floor. Soon, Williams got up to move but suddenly took a hard fall because Gobert tripped him.
The game was stopped as Williams got furious and went to take on the 7’1″ Gobert. In order to defend himself, Gobert was seen using his legs to push him away. Soon the duo was separated by team members and officials.
Furthermore, it didn’t take long for the officials to call it a flagrant two foul, ejecting Gobert. Williams on the other hand just got a technical foul.

Before being ejected, Gobert scored 6 points and 4 rebounds in 9 minutes. Naz Ried showed up to the court after Gobert’s ejection.
