The sneak peek of this episode was released on “Inside the NBA”. Shaq’s costars Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith taunted and teased the commentator for his reactions in the promo. In the promo, Shaq looked ready initially, but before the ex player got into the water, he said, “See you later, America! Hope this is not the last time I’m seeing you”. The promo later showed that O’Neal refused to swim any further because he was scared of the huge whale shark that came in.
This was Shaq’s 2nd appearance on the show. He was a guest on a 2018 episode where he got stuck in a cage with a shark while trying to overcome his fear of the beasts. Interestingly, he made an appearance alongside Dude Perfect and Mark Rober to determine which shark has the perfect predatory attack.
