With the NBA season finally over, teams are already looking to make moves in order to contend for a championship next year. Multiple teams are signing young and veteran free agents while others are making big trades to shake up their rosters. One such team looking for change has been the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors traded away 24-year-old Jordan Poole in order to get a 38-year-old star in return to team up with Stephen Curry. However, fans still feel weird after reading his designation at a Dodgers game, especially considering the numerous battles he’s had with Golden State over the years.

The Warriors were disappointingly eliminated by the Los Angeles Lakers in the Conference Semis. While Steph played at his usual high level, most of the other important pieces from the 2022 championship paled in comparison. So understandably, the Warriors were looking for change.

The Golden State Warriors sent away their young rising star, Jordan Poole, to the Washington Wizards for 12x All-Star Chris Paul. While Paul has been one of the best players of this generation, age is against him. The 38-year-old has seen his numbers decline consistently over the years, but he still has probably the sharpest mind in the league.

After Bob Myers stepped down as Warriors GM, this was Mike Dunleavy Jr.?s first move to bring help for Steph and Klay Thompson. Recently, the Point God was spotted attending a baseball game at the Dodgers stadium along with his family.?
