It’s a well-known fact that Warriors’ Steph Curry is a huge fan of playing golf during his free time. So it was only natural that Curry was asked about his thoughts on this horrible news in the post-game conference of tonight’s game. Curry said:

“Thankfully, he didn’t have any life-threatening injuries, but it’s just unfortunate and sad knowing all he’s been through these last couple years. Thankfully, he’s OK from what I hear. I don’t know too many details, but you just wish for a speedy recovery, because at this point, I’m a huge golf fan, you know that, and love watching him play and being on the tour and competing.”

While Curry said he wants Woods to get well soon and start playing golf again, he is aware that golf is not the biggest concern for Tiger Woods. Curry added, “At this point, it’s not about golf, it’s about his quality of life and being there for his kids. That’s the most important thing right now. Hopefully, he makes a full recovery to be there for them. He’s got a lot of life to live.”

These heart-warming wishes from the NBA players prove how much of an impact Woods has on the world of sport. Hopefully, he will recover soon from this horrible crash and get back to playing the sport he loves so much.
