It is evident that the Philadelphia Sixers are currently going through a rough patch. The team’s opening game was against the Boston Celtics on 19 Oct. 2022. The Celtics, led by Jayson Tatum, defeated the 76ers by 126-117. Tatum scored 35 points with four assists and 12 rebounds. Fellow Celtics player, Jaylen Brown added 35 points, with two assists and three rebounds. On the other hand, Sixers star James Harden scored an impressive 35 points, with seven assists, and eight rebounds. However, his efforts proved not to be enough to grab victory.
The Sixers then attempted to redeem themselves in their second game against the Milwaukee Bucks. While Harden had the highest score in the game, the team still lost to the Bucks by 88-90. Harden got 31 points with nine assists and eight rebounds. Teammate Joel Embiid scored 15 points, with three assists and 12 rebounds. You would think that after facing two consecutive defeats, the team would finally get their first win against the Spurs.
Fans are disappointed with James Harden’s Sixers
Despite the last two disheartening games, fans were looking forward to the game between the Philadelphia Sixers and the San Antonio Spurs. However, the Sixers ended up facing a third straight defeat by 105-114. While Joel Embiid led the team with 40 points, with three assists and 13 rebounds, the Spurs were led by Devin Vessell who scored 22 points.

If the team continues to perform this way throughout the season, they might as well bid goodbye to the championship title and their fans.
