There is huge competition for the frontcourt spots and many of them deserve a spot, therefore, there is a possibility of 5 frontcourt spots.

This leaves only 2 spots for the guards for which 4 guys are competing namely Ben Simmons, Bradley Beal, Kyle Lowry and Derrick Rose. Any of these 4 will wind up as the biggest snubs from the east.

Will Brandon Ingram awarded a spot for his breakout season?

Does Devin Booker finally make his first All-Star appearance despite putting up numbers every year?

Will Karl Anthony Towns and Paul George make All-Star team even after missing half the season?
